Meet Your Lactation Consultant

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over five years of experience supporting breastfeeding families in Utah County. I first became fascinated by the power of breastfeeding while working at WIC and later found myself immersed in that world both professionally and personally. After having my own children, I realized that breastfeeding rarely comes naturally—it takes support, education, and community. I am here to walk with you through that journey. You are not alone!

I am bilingual (English and Spanish) and passionate about providing culturally sensitive care that honors each family's unique values and needs. My goal is to ensure every mother feels confident, educated, and empowered in her feeding experience.

Outside of lactation, I love dancing—whether it’s a structured class, a spontaneous dance party at home, or a Zumba session. I also enjoy trying new foods with my kids and heading to the movies with a big bowl of popcorn and a soda in hand.
