Working With Breezy Babies IBCLC's

What Makes Us Different + What to Expect

Breastfeeding doesn’t have to be something you just survive.
With the right support, it can feel calmer, more confident, and a whole lot less stressful. You might even say… breezy.

At Breezy Babies Lactation, we don’t just “fix problems.”
We walk with families from pregnancy through weaning — helping you feel supported, informed, and never alone.

Whether insurance covers your visits or you’re paying out of pocket, families tell us the same thing:

“This was the best decision we made.”

🌿 How We Change Your Feeding Journey

We help with real life, not just textbook breastfeeding.

We support families with:

  • Painful latch & nipple damage

  • Low milk supply or oversupply

  • Bottle refusal

  • Tongue & lip tie support (before and after release)

  • Pumping & building a freezer stash

  • Returning to work

  • Combo feeding

  • Exclusive pumping

  • Starting solids

  • Sleep & feeding rhythm questions

  • Weaning gently and comfortably

  • Confidence. Reassurance. Sanity.

We sit down in your home for a full hour (not 10 rushed minutes).
We watch a feeding. We talk through your concerns. We make a plan with you.

And if in-person isn’t possible?
We offer telehealth visits so we can meet you wherever you are.

🤍 What Makes Our Team Different

  • Every provider on our team is an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) — the highest level of lactation certification.

  • We come to you. No packing up a newborn and driving across town.

  • We focus on the whole family, not just ounces and schedules.

  • We listen first. Teach second.

  • We support moms, partners, and babies — without judgment.

👶 Q&A: Why Prenatal Support is a Game Changer

“Shouldn’t I just wait and see if I have problems?”

You can… but families who meet with us during pregnancy often say:
“I felt so much calmer once baby arrived.”

Prenatal visits help you:

  • Understand what’s normal in the early days

  • Learn how to get a deep, comfortable latch

  • Know what to expect with milk coming in

  • Avoid common mistakes that lead to pain or low supply

  • Feel confident instead of panicked at 2am

The best time to prevent problems is before they start.

💳 Using Insurance (and Self-Pay Options)

Do you take insurance?
Yes! We accept many plans including most Aetna, United Healthcare, DMBA, BCBS, Cigna, and Tricare plans.

👉 Check your coverage here

If approved through The Lactation Network or Wildflower, most families have little to no out-of-pocket cost.

What if I don’t qualify?
We offer self-pay options, and families consistently say the support is worth every penny. Feeding challenges impact sleep, mental health, baby weight gain, and your overall postpartum experience — early help prevents bigger challenges later.

💡 Why Lactation Support Is Worth It

Getting skilled help early is linked to:

  • Fewer feeding complications

  • Less risk of early weaning

  • Better weight gain monitoring

  • Lower stress and improved parental mental health

  • Fewer feeding-related pediatric visits

Support now often means fewer medical concerns later.

🏡 Care That Comes to You

Newborn life is hard enough.
We bring support to your couch, your nursery, your real life.

  • In-home visits

  • Telehealth options

  • Support from pregnancy → weaning

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
