I am a lactation consultant based in Clinton, Utah and serve a 30 mile radius from here as well as Telehealth visits worldwide. I also teach a breastfeeding class once a month. I have been an IBCLC since 2021.
I fell in love with breastfeeding after having my first baby. Becoming a mother changed me in so many ways. Breastfeeding had good days and bad days. But I loved meeting my feeding goals and learning along the way. All the science plus emotional and physical connection of breastfeeding fascinates me. I loved learning evidence based facts about breastfeeding and wanted to be there to help mothers find their way and support them in their decisions.
I love being a mom, cooking with whole food ingredients, hiking, and biking.
What I'll bring to your lactation journey:
I want you to enjoy the journey. Find a feeding plan that works for you and your family.
