I fell in love with breastfeeding in 2014 with the birth of my first child. I think it's incredible how women's bodies are designed, not only can we grow a baby, but we can also produce milk perfectly tailored to meet their individual needs. I had a different breastfeeding experience with each of my three children and it taught me that every breastfeeding journey is unique. I had oversupply issues with my first and breast refusal with my second, who started out in the NICU and loved the faster flow of  bottles. My third I had latching issues and she refused bottles. My struggles just led me to want to learn more and once I found out about this career, I knew it was meant to be. It is an honor for me to support moms with feeding their babies.

My hobbies include reading, cooking and baking, and watching my kids play.

What I'll bring to your lactation journey
I remember how it felt, crying and frustrated because breastfeeding didn't go picture perfect for me. I felt discouraged and lost with all the information available online. My main goal is to help parents overcome challenges and achieve their feeding goals with confidence.
