Supporting families across Washington County, UT

I primarily serve clients within a 30-minute radius from St. George (specifically Santa Clara), UT, but am happy to accommodate those outside this area for an additional travel fee. Additionally, I offer convenient Telehealth visits to support families wherever they are.
I became an IBCLC in January 2024, following 2.5 years of hands-on experience working on the mother-baby unit at the hospital, where I supported many mothers  with breastfeeding. Additionally, I have exclusively breastfed two of my own children, enriching my understanding and empathy for breastfeeding families.
In addition to my lactation services, I offer birth and postpartum doula support to assist you through each stage of your journey. Additionally, I provide birth tub rentals to help create a comfortable and soothing birthing environment.
My journey to becoming an IBCLC was driven by a lifelong passion for being close to babies. From a young age I was a baby magnet and I pursued a career in nursing with the goal of becoming a labor and delivery nurse. Life took me on a different path as I became a mom, then a mother-baby nurse, a doula, and finally a lactation consultant. My own challenging experiences, including six weeks of nipple pain with my first child and managing tongue ties with both my first and second children, deepened my desire to support mothers through their unique journeys. Balancing work and life as a mom to two small children is no easy feat, but I am grateful for a job that allows me the flexibility of being a mom while giving me the opportunity to make a lasting impact on families and help them thrive in their breastfeeding experience and beyond.
Outside of lactation I love going on trips with my family to exciting places like Hawaii, Disneyland, Lake Powell, and any cooler destinations during the summer months. I'm also passionate about homesteading, which includes making sourdough, butter, yogurt, and cheese, as well as milking a cow.

I lean into a holistic mindset and incorporate this approach into my recommendations, ensuring that you receive well-rounded support. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to thrive in your breastfeeding experience.
