First and foremost, I’m a mom of four—and being a mother has been my greatest gift. It’s taught me deep empathy, resilience, and a true appreciation for how unique each family’s journey is.

Professionally, I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and I bring 15 years of experience in maternal and infant health to every visit. I’ve supported families as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Childbirth Educator (CCE), and Certified Lactation Educator (CLE). I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development, which allows me to take a deeply informed and family-centered approach to care.

Whether you're dealing with latch issues, low supply, nipple pain, pumping complications, or preparing to return to work, I provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and evidence-based support.

I live in beautiful Logan, Utah, and serve families across Cache Valley and Northern Utah. I travel within a 30-mile radius of Logan for in-person visits, and I’m happy to go slightly farther for an additional travel fee. I also offer virtual lactation consults to families across the country and worldwide.
