I consider it a privilege to support you and your little one on your feeding journey. I became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) in 2024 and earned my International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential in 2025. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Human Lactation, which I completed in 2025 after over 500 hours of internship experience.

When I had my first baby in 2018, I quickly learned that real-life parenting and feeding can look very different from what you expect. My son had a tongue-tie and struggled to latch, leading me down the path of exclusive pumping. Then, in 2022, my second son arrived prematurely at 32 weeks and spent time in the NICU. It was during this challenging season that my passion to support other families deepened.

I often think about the “me of then” and how much I would’ve benefited from the “me of now.” Since I can’t go back in time, I’m committed to paying it forward—helping families navigate feeding challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and real-life strategies.

When I’m not supporting families through Breezy Babies or Mother Goose Lactation in Cincinnati, you’ll likely find me reading, cross-stitching, trying new recipes, or spending time with my two boys.
