Meet Casey: Dietitian & IBCLC Supporting Families in Utah & Salt Lake Counties

I'm a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Dietitian based in Eagle Mountain, Utah. I provide in-home visits within a 45-minute radius—including Utah County and Salt Lake County—as well as virtual consults for families anywhere. I also own Mountain Valley Lactation and am thrilled to partner with the Breezy Babies team to serve even more families with compassionate, evidence-based care.

My passion for maternal and infant health started during my work as a WIC dietitian. Learning about lactation opened my eyes to the complexity and beauty of how the human body prepares to nourish a baby. When I became a mother, I faced my own difficult breastfeeding challenges—tongue ties, nipple damage, oversupply, and mastitis—and realized how essential expert support truly is. These experiences shaped me and deepened my empathy, which now fuels the work I do to support others.

Outside of work, I love hiking in the mountains, coaching volleyball, devouring audiobooks (especially Regency romances), and competing in board games with my big, boisterous family. Catan is our favorite—and yes, I usually win.
