In-Home Lactation Consultant in Logandale, Nevada

I primarily serve families in Moapa Valley and Virgin Valley in southern Nevada. I travel within a 30-mile radius of Logandale for in-person visits, and I’m happy to travel farther—such as to St. George, Utah or Las Vegas, Nevada—for an additional travel fee. I also provide virtual lactation consults for families worldwide.

Becoming a mother was a powerful turning point in my life—and so was learning how to breastfeed. It didn’t come naturally at first. Like many parents, I experienced pain, confusion, and frustration. Over time, I’ve breastfed my seven children for a combined total of more than 100 months and have navigated challenges like oversupply, undersupply, NICU stays, jaundice, mastitis, engorgement, biting, and weaning. My sixth child was a stillborn son, and I hold a special place in my heart for parents facing loss and grief.

That lived experience fuels the work I do today. I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2025 so I could help other families feel supported, informed, and empowered. I hold a B.S. in Dietetics from BYU and a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) credential from Lactation Education Resources.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, biking, gardening, renovating our home, cooking, and visiting the elderly in my community.
