In-Home Lactation Consultant in Provo, Utah

Autumn is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) providing lactation and infant feeding support to families in Provo and throughout Utah County. After living in New Zealand, she recently returned home, bringing extensive education and hands-on clinical experience supporting families across a wide range of feeding journeys.

Her path into birthwork and lactation care was shaped by a desire to be the support she wishes her own mother, aunties, and grandmother had during their breastfeeding experiences. This motivation continues to guide her work, grounding her care in both clinical expertise and deep compassion.

Her approach is calm, evidence-based, and trauma-sensitive, with a strong emphasis on culturally respectful support. Care is centered on meeting families where they are, honoring each family’s unique experiences, values, and feeding goals. Support is individualized and practical, addressing a wide range of concerns including latch difficulties, milk supply challenges, pumping support, and more complex feeding situations. She especially enjoys providing prenatal breastfeeding education to help families feel prepared, informed, and confident as they begin their feeding journey.

She values connection, lifelong learning, and supportive relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through CrossFit, learning about different cultures, and baking pumpkin chocolate-chip cookies.

Autumn offers in-home lactation visits within a 30-mile radius of Provo, with travel available beyond this area for an additional fee. Virtual consultations are also available to families throughout the United States and worldwide.
