Hi, I’m Mindy—a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Central Indiana. I live in Indianapolis and have supported families in healthcare since 2009, with experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, family practice, and hospital-based lactation.

I offer in-home lactation visits to families within a 30-mile radius of Indianapolis and virtual consultations for families throughout Indiana and beyond. Travel beyond 30 miles is available for an additional fee.

After becoming a parent in 2014, I experienced the importance of lactation support firsthand. That journey inspired me to become an IBCLC in 2021. Today, I combine clinical expertise with compassionate, family-centered care to help parents meet their feeding goals with confidence.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and a trauma-informed lens. I have personal and professional experience supporting newborns, late preterm infants, extended breastfeeding, and tandem nursing. I’m also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), allowing me to support families holistically through the emotional and physical transitions of early parenthood.

When I’m not working with families, I love sharing my passion for yoga—I’ve taught prenatal, mother-baby, and kids yoga both locally and virtually for years.
