Hi, I’m Meredith—an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Newborn Care Specialist, and Childbirth Educator based in West New York. I provide in-home lactation consultations throughout New York City, Westchester, and Northern and Central New Jersey, and I offer virtual consultations to families worldwide.

I’ve been supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period since 2012 and have helped thousands of parents and babies along their feeding journeys. I became an IBCLC in 2020 after completing a robust clinical internship at a Baby-Friendly hospital in Central New Jersey. I continued working there for several years in both postpartum and NICU settings, gaining extensive hands-on clinical experience.

In addition to hospital-based lactation care, I’ve spent many years providing holistic overnight lactation support as a Newborn Care Specialist and postpartum doula. This work allows me to support families not only with feeding, but also with rest, recovery, and confidence during the early weeks at home.

My passion for caring for people extends beyond lactation. I’ve been a certified Pilates instructor since 2008 and a vibrational sound therapist since 2019. In 2023, I traveled to Northern Thailand, where I worked with elephants using vibrational sound therapy. During this experience, I supported a pregnant elephant through early labor with her first baby and assisted in a sound therapy session for a six-month-old elephant receiving veterinary care. These experiences continue to shape my holistic, compassionate approach to care.

When I’m not working with families, I enjoy maintaining a regular yoga practice, traveling, and spending time with my two large Maine Coon cats.
