Her passion for lactation care is deeply personal. As a postpartum nurse, Holly assumed she would be fully prepared to breastfeed — but her own journey included an unplanned cesarean, latch struggles, nipple shields, pumping, supplementation, a NICU stay, jaundice, and weight loss. Those experiences shaped her practice and fuel her desire to “pay it forward” by walking alongside families with empathy and skill.

In addition to private lactation visits, Holly teaches a monthly prenatal breastfeeding class and hosts a free breastfeeding support group twice a month in Kaysville through her business, Light Up Lactation.
