Lactation Care That Meets Families Where They Are
Families often seek lactation support during pregnancy, the early postpartum period, or later when feeding challenges arise. Elizabeth supports families through all stages of infant feeding, helping parents feel informed, confident, and supported — whether they are breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or transitioning feeding plans.
Elizabeth's fascination with the power of breastfeeding began during her years working at WIC, where she saw firsthand how transformative the right support could be. After having her own children, she came to understand something deeply personal: breastfeeding rarely comes naturally, and every family deserves someone to walk alongside them through that journey. She earned her IBCLC in 2024, and continues to deepen her expertise as an annual attendee of the GOLD Lactation and GOLD Tongue Tie Conferences and a recurrent speaker at the Utah County WIC Breastfeeding Conference.
Elizabeth is passionate about providing culturally sensitive care that honors each family's unique values and needs, with a particular heart for Latinx families in Utah County. As part of the Breezy Babies team, she collaborates with other providers to ensure families receive comprehensive, coordinated care — and her message to every family she meets is simple: you are not alone.
